Job Summary
We're looking for experienced bilingual customer service representatives to join our team, providing multilingual support to our clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering exceptional support experiences. Key Responsibilities
As a bilingual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving customer telephone calls and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
- Opening new accounts and managing existing ones with precision and attention to detail
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on Toll Lane locations, entry/exit points, and Xpress coach bus services
- Assisting customers with planning the best route for their commute using Xpress coach bus services
- Opening cases for escalated issues and resolving problems through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintaining a positive attitude and team-player mindset, even in high-pressure situations
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service call center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to work under minimal direct supervision and prioritize duties quickly and effectively
