Job Summary

As a Digital Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through live chat on their websites and social media accounts. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, and your role will be to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and guide them through clear instructions. What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Customer Support Agent, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your role will be to provide timely and accurate responses, resolving issues and guiding customers through clear instructions.

Contract Length and Rate

* Contract length: No fixed term, with the opportunity to extend or terminate as needed

  • Rate: $35 per hour, paid bi-weekly

Skills and Background Needed

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, managing your time effectively to meet productivity goals and deadlines
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Have 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Reliable internet connection

* Hours per week: 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts

  • Location: Remote work online, with a preference for candidates based in the United States
