Job Summary

As an International Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customer problems, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes, while staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems
  • Utilize knowledge base and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or specialized teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments

* Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with international customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
