Job Overview

Our Customer Service Teams at arenaflex interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you will take and process transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives, respond to inquiries about arenaflex's products or services, and promote and sell our company's products or services. You will also investigate and resolve customer complaints, developing strong business relationships via our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing backlog orders and open orders; communicating late deliveries to the customer and internal teams as required.
  • Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary.
  • Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and to offer alternatives using available resources.
  • Driving corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Associate IV who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $46,800 to $70,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Our total compensation package includes base salary, incentives, and benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
