Job Summary

As a Customer Service Broker Experience Associate, you'll play a critical role in responding to broker support inquiries, maintaining relationships with professional ticket brokers, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a full-time position that requires you to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays, but offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to broker support inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain relationships with professional ticket brokers, building trust and ensuring that their needs are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions to brokers and customers
  • Utilize live event ticketing software to manage and resolve issues efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies to provide expert-level support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with the broker relations team to develop and implement strategies to improve broker satisfaction and retention

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1+ years of customer service, sales, or client relations experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically savvy with experience using live event ticketing software
  • Highly skilled at multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Proficient in using Zendesk (or similar software) and G-Suite Excel

Preferred Qualifications

* Live event ticketing software knowledge and experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and other productivity tools
