Experienced Customer Success Manager – K-12 Education & Healthcare (arenaflex Orange County CA)

We're seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our exciting team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing usage of arenaflex services within the schools we serve. You'll work closely with our Account Management and Implementation teams to establish an infrastructure for school support, and have hands-on experience working with our school nurses and other health staff to ensure access to quality healthcare for all students.

The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful adoption and ongoing usage of arenaflex services within the schools we serve. You'll work closely with our Account Management and Implementation teams to establish an infrastructure for school support, and have hands-on experience working with our school nurses and other health staff to ensure access to quality healthcare for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Management - Schools + Develop strong relationships with school partners, including school mental health and physical health staff as well as principals, and their communities. + Regularly meet (virtually and in-person) and communicate with the school health and leadership teams to drive engagement. + Attend and facilitate strategic district-wide, school-specific, and community events.
- Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction.
- Identify and proactively resolve complex customer issues.
- Play an active role in achieving our mission to increase access to care.
- Other Responsibilities
+ Provide regular internal reporting on account health, including usage metrics, satisfaction levels, and overall impact. + Advocate for the customer's needs across arenaflex. + Accurately enter customer-related activities, communication, market data, and critical issues into a CRM, ensuring all insights are integrated into strategic account planning.

Minimum Experience:
* Experience working with children in diverse socio-economic environments
- Prior experience with schools - this is a great opportunity for former teachers and school staff transitioning out of the classroom!
- Meet specific fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared access to work on a school campus
- Ability to travel for ~80% of the time
- Must currently reside in Orange County, CA
Preferred Experience:
* Prior experience within start-up or hyper-growth environments
- Existing relationships in Orange County, CA
What We Offer:
* Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, up to $10,000 annual bonus, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
