Job Summary
As a Customer Support and Training Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and training to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their questions and concerns through email and other communication channels. You will also lead audio Q&A sessions, assist with training webinars, and help improve our training resources to ensure that our clients have the knowledge and skills they need to get the most out of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex clients through email, phone, and other communication channels
- Lead audio Q&A sessions to address client questions and concerns
- Assist other team members with presenting and following up on training webinars
- Help improve arenaflex's training resources to ensure that clients have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed
- Collaborate with other customer support representatives to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support to clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's fundraising and donor management solutions, including their features, functionality, and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve arenaflex's solutions and services
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nonprofit management, fundraising, or marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in a nonprofit development/advancement environment, with a strong understanding of development principles and best practices
- 2+ years of prior daily experience working in a donor management system, particularly in a development operations capacity
- Experience training a variety of people on improving their comfort and effectiveness with CRM/donor databases and associated tools (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills, exhibiting both clarity and a friendly personality
- Ability to think quickly and bring your depth of knowledge and experience in development to bear on impromptu questions in a live webinar setting
- Finds joy in troubleshooting customer questions and discovering solutions to their problems using arenaflex
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field, such as nonprofit management, fundraising, or marketing
- 5+ years of experience in a nonprofit development/advancement environment, with a strong understanding of development principles and best practices
- Experience leading training sessions and workshops for nonprofit professionals
- Familiarity with arenaflex's fundraising and donor management solutions, including their features, functionality, and best practices
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and service to arenaflex clients

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $67,000 to $77,000, plus a range of benefits and perks, including:
