Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support customers through the claims filing process and assist with inquiries.
- Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time.
What We're Looking For:

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
Experience:
Customer Service experience is a must. While prior call center experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals with a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. + Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, phone systems, and other software applications. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. + Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Certifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a starting pay rate of $19/hour.
