Experienced Live Chat Agent – Mental Health Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns through our online chat platform in a timely and empathetic manner
- Providing accurate information about our services and helping clients understand the therapy process
- Assisting clients in booking appointments with the appropriate therapist based on their needs
- Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and addressing any concerns they may have
- Collaborating with our team of therapists to ensure smooth communication and coordination of services for clients
- Continuously updating and maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on our services and improve your skills as a Live Chat Agent
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize and provide support to individuals in distress
- A passion for helping others and contributing to their mental wellbeing
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with mental health terminology and practices is preferred
- Prior experience using online chat platforms or customer service software is an asset
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
