With a 100% scripted sales process and a 33% conversion rate from sat appointments to closed policies, your time and effort will directly translate into results. You'll engage with warm, inbound leads, provide exceptional virtual customer service, and follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre-qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling required)
