Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat & Email Tech Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email, providing clear and effective solutions to their technical issues.
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and guiding customers through step-by-step resolutions to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up when required to ensure that customers receive the best possible support.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate and informed support to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
