Job Summary

As a Czech Speaking Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support to our Czech-speaking customers. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our innovative technology products and services, while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll employ your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to deliver outstanding support.

Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding technical support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to arenaflex's products efficiently, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Document customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system, maintaining a high level of data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical concerns, leveraging your communication and teamwork skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in ongoing training to improve your skills, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible support.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in support processes, using your analytical skills to drive positive change.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

* Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and customer service capabilities.

  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and principles.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is preferred but not essential, as we're committed to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
