Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and Zoom calls. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving product or service issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards.
- Providing feedback to management to improve processes, services, and the overall customer experience.
- Upholding customer satisfaction standards and meeting or exceeding service metrics.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, help desk, or a related role.
