About the Role

We are hiring Customer Care Representatives to support customers through moments that matter in their work and life. Whether it's helping parents enroll their newborn baby into health coverage, or supporting someone through their retirement benefit elections, you will be caring for our customers' meaningful life moments. As a Work From Home Customer Care Representative, you will be the hero our customers rely on by combining technical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills to make them feel appreciated and taken care of by swiftly solving their concerns.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day interactions will include educating and advocating for our customers about their employer-provided benefits such as:

  • Health and wellness

  • System navigation

Essential Functions of the Role

* Working in a smoke-free environment

  • Using several computer applications at once while assisting a customer
  • Navigating dynamic and rapidly evolving work environments

Skills and Qualifications

* Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers through various communication channels.

  • Active Listening: Employing active listening techniques to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Possessing excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer applications and navigating dynamic work environments.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $14.99 - $15 per hour

  • Flexible scheduling: Work any 8-hour shift between 8AM - 11PM EST, with possible overtime when needed
