Key Responsibilities
As a Digital VA Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing real-time assistance to users through live chat, resolving technical issues and delivering clear, concise solutions
- Maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor while managing multiple conversations and ensuring timely responses
- Collaborating with team members to enhance support strategies and improve customer satisfaction
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and guide users through technical challenges
- Staying updated on product knowledge to offer accurate information and provide exceptional customer experiences

What You Will Be Doing
As a live chat customer support agent, you will handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your role will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Contract Length and Rate
* Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
Skills and Background Needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions
- 10+ hours availability per week
- A reliable internet connection
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
