Role Summary
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. You will be an independent worker who loves solving problems, making people happy, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
- Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
- Associate must perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift
Expected Hours and Schedule
The expected hours for this role are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday in the AM Shift (9am-5pm EST). Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a temporary, part-time employee, you will have the flexibility to work a set schedule that suits your needs.
Role Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
- Must have access to consistently stable internet connection
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Empathy and understanding of customers' needs
- Ability to meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Knowledge of the arenaflex brands and products
- Certification in customer service or a related field
