What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via emails, processing account seizures in a timely and compliant manner, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via emails
- Processing account seizures (e.g., freezes, wage garnishments) in a timely and compliant manner
- Providing information on loan terms, account details, and legal matters
- Managing tickets and workflows using Zendesk and Jira
- Maintaining clear and structured case documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Meeting team KPIs
- Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securingly working with customers' sensitive information
- Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- Experience in customer support
- Background in banking, legal, or financial services
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards
- Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira
- Analytical and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

- Background working in regulated environments
