Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with colleagues and customers to resolve technical issues related to 3D visual deployment on client websites
- Utilize our proprietary CMS platform to manage and deploy 3D visuals, with comprehensive training provided
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our 3D visual offerings
What You Bring to the Table
Minimum Requirements
- Commit to 16-20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months, with a preference for at least 2 hours per business day
- Near-native English, both written and spoken
- Friendly, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Quick learner
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of ALT-TAB (or Mac equivalent)
Big Plus
- Knowledge of a major world language in addition to English
- Familiarity and affinity with consumer electronics
- Affinity or experience with web technology
- Experience working with a CMS

- Interview and assignment: If we both choose to proceed, the final step is a morning or afternoon with an interview and a practical assignment
