Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with colleagues and customers to resolve technical issues related to 3D visual deployment on client websites
  • Utilize our proprietary CMS platform to manage and deploy 3D visuals, with comprehensive training provided
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our 3D visual offerings

What You Bring to the Table

Minimum Requirements

  • Commit to 16-20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months, with a preference for at least 2 hours per business day
  • Near-native English, both written and spoken
  • Friendly, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Quick learner
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of ALT-TAB (or Mac equivalent)

Big Plus

  • Knowledge of a major world language in addition to English
  • Familiarity and affinity with consumer electronics
  • Affinity or experience with web technology
  • Experience working with a CMS

Our Recruitment Pipeline

Our recruitment process is designed to find the right fit for our team. Here's what you can expect:

  • Initial review: Your application will undergo an initial review to ensure you meet the minimum requirements
  • Video call: If we feel there's potential for a fit, we'll schedule a video call with you and the head of the Customer Success team, Peter Dobbe
  • Interview and assignment: If we both choose to proceed, the final step is a morning or afternoon with an interview and a practical assignment
