About arenaflex Accelerate

arenaflex Accelerate is our Customer Success program for 1:many support, targeted interventions, and data-driven insights to grow and retain SMB/MME customers at scale. We're looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team and support the activation, growth, and retention of our self-service customers. Your focus will be on ensuring alignment with the customer's goals after implementation and ensuring they derive value from our platform and services, with an eye toward self-service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a scaled book of business by driving relationship value and ensuring alignment with customer goals
  • Develop and execute customized growth and retention strategies for self-service customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities for growth
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to customers to optimize their use of our platform and services
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our platform and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and AI
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights-driven recommendations
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer-facing tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience working with AI-powered customer service platforms
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service and AI
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Ability to develop and execute customized growth and retention strategies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
