Your Role
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone and email to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, from the initial subscription to the return of the vehicle. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Your Goals
* Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You'll work closely with our teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, from the initial subscription to the return of the vehicle.
* Contribute to Process Improvement: You'll have the opportunity to share your ideas and suggestions for improving our services and processes.
Your Profile
* Customer Service Experience: While experience in customer service is a plus, it's not a requirement. We're looking for talented individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
* Communication Skills: You'll need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with our customers and teams.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: You'll be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
* Adaptability: You'll be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
* Language Skills: You'll need to be fluent in German (on a native speaker level) and have good English language skills.
* Availability: Your start date is approximately May 1st, 2025.
