What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized support.
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, including software, hardware, and SaaS solutions, to provide expert advice and support.
  • Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer experiences.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish (B2 level), and English (B2 level) to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic technical understanding of software, hardware, and SaaS solutions to provide expert support.
  • Analytical and research skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • A positive and responsible attitude to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

Nice to Have

While not essential, experience in customer service, CRM systems, or similar roles would be a great asset in this position.
