Position Overview:
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for learning our business operations, developing strong relationships with our clients and partners, and consistently meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics. Key Responsibilities:
* Learn and master our scripted dialogue delivery process to schedule attorneys for hearings, ensuring seamless communication with our clients and partners
- Develop a deep understanding of our business operations, including our products and services, and be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to our clients and partners
- Consistently meet or exceed specific set goals and metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the team to discuss progress, share best practices, and address any challenges or concerns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Continuously improve our customer service processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
