Job Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues (technical support)
- Responding to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
- Navigating through multiple systems and tools when helping customers
- Recommending product solutions for unique customer needs

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Work from Home & Equipment Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace: A dedicated workspace that minimizes distractions
- High-speed internet service: Access to high-speed internet service through a hard-wired connection (i.e., via ethernet cable)
- Company-provided equipment: We'll provide the necessary equipment, although you may be asked to supply your own monitor
