Job Summary
As a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that drive growth, retention, and revenue expansion. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, and analytics, to drive continuous optimizations and best-in-class customer experience across all lifecycle programs and activations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue
- Improve new customer onboarding, activate upsell/cross-sell opportunities across teams, and execute on customer retention initiatives
- Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey
- Develop and execute email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous optimizations and best-in-class customer experience across all lifecycle programs and activations
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy
- Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience
- Manage and coach a team of 2 associates
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in people management
- B2B SaaS experience required
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
- Excellent communications skills across all mediums, and all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Experience with SMS and/or WhatsApp a plus
- Experience with Pendo or Candu a plus
