What you'll do as a Mid-Level Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer questions via email, chat, or phone
  • Resolving technical, billing, or usage issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Escalating complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary
