Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with our customers in the basketball market (pro to community), national and state level cricket, universities in Oceania, and secondary schools across New Zealand. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers get the most out of their subscription and achieve a higher ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong customer relationships and maximize satisfaction across a group of accounts
- Be involved in all aspects of support and account management, including product demonstrations, education, and engagement activities
- Work towards quarterly and yearly renewal targets, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services
- Run meetings to understand client needs and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Must-Haves
* Experience in a client-facing role, preferably at a technology company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technology-savvy, with a basic understanding of APIs and software solutions
- A relationship builder with a proven track record of driving expansion and renewals
- Willingness to travel frequently, visiting customers on a monthly basis
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves
* Sports background or experience in the sports industry
- Salesforce experience, although not required
- Proactive and analytical, with a passion for seeking out ways to improve customer experience
- Autonomous and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $56,000 - $77,000 AUD, with on-target earnings ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 AUD. Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.
