The Role – Customer Operations Coordinator
As a Customer Operations Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting the successful launch of our services in new markets and optimizing our operational tooling and training. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, tools, and territories to ensure our systems are robust, our people are ready, and our services remain best-in-class. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and optimizing operational tools (such as Talkdesk and Front) to support new market rollouts
- Coordinating training, documentation, and localization to ensure teams are set up for success
- Acting as a bridge between project and ops teams, keeping everything moving and on track
- Supporting our AI-powered service by improving automation, documentation, and response quality
- Leading ongoing improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring we deliver high-quality service every step of the way
About You
We're looking for a highly organized, technically confident, and communicative individual who can work across teams, time zones, and cultures. You'll have experience working with SaaS tools like Talkdesk, Front, or CRM systems, and be comfortable managing cross-functional projects. You'll also be proactive, comfortable taking ownership, and excited about arenaflex's mission to support households and businesses in breaking the vicious debt cycle.
