Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist to join our PrePaid team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems. You will research and resolve problems and errors, including those related to fraud support and internet operations. You will also obtain a thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures. As a liaison between customers and various arenaflex departments, you will resolve more complex customer or technology issues. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge will enable you to provide a seamless customer experience, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to telephone or email inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and professional manner
- Research and resolve problems and errors, including those related to fraud support and internet operations
- Obtain a thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures
- Act as a liaison between customers and various arenaflex departments to resolve more complex customer or technology issues
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically, at least 18 months of customer service or related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Preferred Skills/Experience:
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
- Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
- Good communication skills, including speaking clearly, articulately, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications

* Competitive hourly rate of $20.00
