The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for owning the customer outcomes, ensuring they're receiving value from our solutions. You'll understand the value of arenaflex to the customer and be able to articulate that back to key stakeholders and executives. Your portfolio will consist of 25-30 Enterprise Customers between $2-3m ARR, and you'll be responsible for:
- Understanding customer pain points and strategic objectives and how they can be solved with arenaflex's technology
- Success planning with the customer to develop a plan to maximize value
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executives
- Identifying new opportunities within our existing customer base and collaborating with the sales team to expand ARR
- Delivering insights based on customer and industry usage to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and expansion
- Acting as an escalation point when things are not going to plan
- Proactively organizing and hosting regular client check-in meetings, onsite visits, and Strategic Business Reviews
- Coordinating and managing client special requests and projects
- International travel will be required from time to time
The Candidate
We're looking for an exceptional individual with:
- 8+ years of experience in a Customer Success Role
- A strategic mindset with experience managing large, multinational accounts
- Understanding of the difference between Customer Success and Customer Service
- Ability to act as a quarterback to leverage internal resources to deliver customer outcomes
- Proven business-to-business relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated background in developing and managing commercial relationships
- Strong technical acumen to add value to customer discussions and translate product strengths into business value
- Experience in AI and bot technology would be highly desirable
- Knowledge of testing, the software development lifecycle desirable
- Strong analytical skills/ability to identify patterns and spot trends
- Strong program management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is desirable
- German and/or French speaker a bonus but not essential
