Job Summary

As a Customer Support Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will be the key to building trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing product knowledge and recommendations to help customers get the most out of our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Field customer inquiries and address pain points through inbound and outbound calling, email, and chat support

  • Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new features and services
  • Set appointments and perform presentations to customers who request our benefits
  • Complete necessary paperwork and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
  • Background Check: You'll need to pass a background check to ensure your suitability for the role.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma is required, although higher education is preferred but not required.
  • Customer Service and/or Retail Experience: While not required, customer service and/or retail experience is preferred.

Experience Requirements
