Join Our Customer Relations Team
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Relations Ambassador to join our energetic and diverse team. As a Customer Relations Ambassador, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support to resolve their queries, questions, and escalations.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and web chats from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Address customer queries, questions, and escalations promptly and professionally, providing first-line advice on general issues
- Maintain accurate and consistent record keeping, updating notes on our database
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary to senior management
- Assist senior management by identifying trends and issues for improvement
- Gather feedback from customers and communicate it effectively within the company
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our systems and equipment to provide expert advice to colleagues from other departments
Your Story
We're looking for a Customer Relations Ambassador who is eager to learn and grow with us, as well as contribute with their own expertise to meet our customers' needs. You're passionate about helping others and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in Croatian and English.
Essential Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Croatian and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not mandatory
- Ability to learn and improve every day, with a passion for what you do
- Gift for quickly finding common ground with every type of person
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience working in a similar industry or with similar software solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
