What You Will Do
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming requests and providing timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries
- Assisting customers with questions about our electronic reservation book, website, or app
- Putting yourself in the customer's shoes and providing the most suitable answer or solution according to their specific needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless experiences
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Native-level German and fluent English language skills (additional languages are a plus!)
- An open-minded and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a customer support environment, preferably with CRM tools
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and championing restaurant culture
