Job Description

As a Director of Customer Engagement at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving Revenue Growth: You'll develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: You'll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients, while developing new business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understanding and Communicating Value Proposition: You'll have a deep understanding of our value proposition and be able to effectively communicate it to clients, while identifying opportunities to differentiate our services from those of our competitors.
  • Sales Accountability and Relationship Building: You'll be responsible for sales accountability and relationship building with customers, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: You'll develop sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets, while identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and procedures.
  • Account and Opportunity Planning: You'll generate and maintain accurate account and opportunity plans, while identifying opportunities to improve sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Client Issue Resolution: You'll be able to identify and resolve client issues strategically, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Navigating Complex Organizations: You'll be able to navigate complex organizations, hone-in on key decision-makers, and interact with both senior and mid-management levels.
  • Collaboration with Matrixed Teams: You'll be able to work with matrixed teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery, to develop sales proposals, sales campaigns, and sales tools/assets.
  • Nurturing Client Relationships: You'll nurture client relationships and build long-term trust and value, while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Minimum 12+ years selling/closing deals in top consulting/IT services firms

* Experience in growing existing services business which includes Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development and Managed Services *

Understanding of business problems and associated business processes end to end

* Ability to articulate how integration and data can help to optimize business processes impacted by the above-mentioned software and the key KPIs/outcomes for the persona mentioned above *

Minimum bachelor’s degree

Strong background of meeting/exceeding sales quotas

Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment

Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management

*

Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting

* High energy level, decisiveness, and ability to work well in demanding client environments *

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Additional Information

* Pay Scale: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

  • Annual Compensation: Base - $130 - $165K, Variable – $40 – $60K, OTE – $170- $225K
