Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Manager for the Centre West Territory, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and executing client marketing plans, and tracking sales performance. You will work closely with our Centre West Territory Manager to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of clients in the Centre West Territory, including farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders

  • Develop and execute client marketing plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the Centre West Territory Manager
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the Centre West Territory Manager

Requirements

* Engineering degree in agronomy or a Master 2 degree

  • Good knowledge of agronomy, particularly in crop protection
  • Strong client relation skills, with experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
