Experienced Lead Customer Engagement Analyst – Digital Marketing Analysis

We're seeking an experienced Lead Customer Engagement Analyst to join our Consumer Insights and Analytics organization, working remotely from anywhere in the US or Arlington, VA. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in improving the prioritization, efficiency, and impact of member-facing communications across marketing, operational, and regulatory communications. You'll have an immediate impact on driving efficiency and effectiveness across the delivery of over $1 billion in annual discretionary, operational, and regulatory communications to arenaflex's customers, members, and patients.

Key Role Functions
As a Lead Customer Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Assessing business cases of new campaigns and strategies to ensure they align with arenaflex's goals and objectives
- Deaveraging data to identify segments of opportunity and develop recommendations for improvement
- Working closely with teams of data scientists to monitor test vs. control performance of campaigns and identify areas for optimization
- Respectfully challenging campaigns or strategies that don't have sufficient business or customer value
- Developing recommendations about which campaigns to scale up or wind down
- Identifying bigger picture insights and thematic opportunities based on observing performance across a portfolio of campaigns
- Presenting analysis and recommendations to senior audiences as part of the Measurement Council and Marketing Monthly Business Review
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business analytics, statistics)
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics, with a focus on customer engagement and analysis
- 2+ years of consulting experience, with a proven track record of delivering insights-driven recommendations
- Strong analytic, communications, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated success in translating insights into business and customer impact, with a focus on driving retention and engagement
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- High self-initiative, commitment, and follow-through, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
- Strong team player, able to build and leverage relationships across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business analytics, statistics)
- Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Certification in a related field (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- A base salary range of $115,200 - $158,400 per year
