Job Summary
As a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting business development and delivering unique solutions to our customers. You'll work closely with the Customer Solutions Manager to coordinate offer development, facilitate activities, and participate in technical and commercial meetings with customers. Your expertise in analyzing customer requests and developing tailored solutions will be instrumental in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze customer requests and develop unique solutions that meet their evolving needs
- Coordinate offer development and facilitate activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Participate in technical and commercial meetings with customers to discuss solutions and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an industry technical role
- Experience with SharePoint Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
