Job Summary
As a Project Manager, Customer Excellence & Innovation, you'll be responsible for integrating, solution engineering, and implementing new business as well as improvement and innovation projects for existing business. You'll engineer arenaflex capabilities into a solution to meet complex clients' requirements and achieve consistent and high-quality service delivery. Your expertise will be essential in providing EDI implementation leadership and coordinating with Operations, Sales, Account management, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
* Supports sales to grow revenue and optimize margin by acting as an operational and TMS subject matter expert in the solution design process and in client meetings as part of the pre-sale process
- Provides RFI risk and ROI assessments as part of the pre-sale process when a Client's requirements are complex
- Engineers client solutions, aligning client requirements to arenaflex's services portfolio
- Serves as a Purchase Order Management expert and super user, providing demos and determining the optimal solution to meet a Client's need
- Manages all Client EDI integration projects
- Performs integration UAT testing, coordinating with global and regional IT and the Client
- Manages the implementation of Client integration projects, coordinating with Sales, IT, and Operations across regions
- Develops SOPs, communicates, and trains key stakeholders
- Participates in Client Business Reviews to support continuous improvement
- Drives growth through innovation projects, showing differentiation and building "stickiness" with Clients
- Maintains direct customer contact throughout the lifecycle of a project
Prior Work Experience
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding industry, including 3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding operations experience
- Experience managing or coordinating EDI processes with partners, vendors, or customers
- 3 years' experience in a role with extensive senior-level client interaction
- Or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Essential Qualifications
* Prior use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Experience with EDI standards, platforms, and business processes
- General understanding of the Supply Chain Management and Logistics industry
- Understanding of the full range of Logistics services, including, but not limited to, order management, customs brokerage, cost optimization, warehousing, transport management, and various industry-specific requirements
- Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead through influence and motivate a diverse team at all levels in the organization
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of Project Management and Quality concepts and methodologies
- Knowledge of CargoWise TMS

Compensation and Benefits
* The expected base pay for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors, including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
