Experienced Customer Service Associate – Swedish Language Support for arenaflex

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers in Sweden through phone, chat, and email
- Answering customer queries on a variety of topics, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
- Using a range of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

- Competitive pay rate: €15.50 per hour, plus up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only), and salary increase after 6 months tenure
