Experienced Customer Service Specialist - Overnight/Weekend Support for arenaflex's Scheduling Department

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join our Scheduling Department, working in a remote capacity to provide top-notch support to our clients and interpreters. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling and resolving email requests, assisting with phone calls, maintaining accurate database information, and managing inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist in arenaflex's Scheduling Department, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters related to scheduling, serving as the first point of contact
- Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed
- Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
- Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
- Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
- Managing all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- The ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner while working with internal and external clients
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications
- The ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems
