Position Summary

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for website visitors, helping to answer questions, provide information about vehicles and services, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into leads. This role is key to ensuring our online guests receive the same top-notch service as those who visit us in person. You'll be working closely with our sales and service teams to ensure consistent and timely customer support, and will have the opportunity to learn about the latest vehicle models, services, and dealership offers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in real-time through our website and social media channels, providing accurate and helpful information about vehicle inventory, financing options, service availability, and dealership promotions.

  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and test drives, and identify sales opportunities to pass qualified leads to the appropriate departments (sales or service).
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and prompt communication at all times, using your excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure consistent and timely customer support, and stay informed on current vehicle models, services, and dealership offers.
  • Use CRM tools, chat platforms, and basic office software to manage customer interactions and stay organized.
  • Work some evenings or weekends depending on scheduling needs, and be flexible to meet the needs of our customers.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or administrative support is required, with a passion for helping people and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, chat platforms, and basic office software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required – we're looking for someone with a passion for the industry and a desire to learn.
  • Must be able to work some evenings or weekends depending on scheduling needs.
