Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences, and building customer loyalty.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage.
- Airport Requirements: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Appearance: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
