Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Issuing, reissuing, and refunding passenger tickets, as well as booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
- Rebooking passengers on overbooked flights and during irregular operations, and assisting with check-in and seat assignments
- Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing at ticket counters, as well as clearing and verifying international documents at kiosks and activation stations
- Accepting and activating passengers' self-tagged bags at activation stations, and assisting customers needing special assistance or in-station
- Performing customer service tasks related to the management of regional flights and contractor/ground handling agreements or contracts
- Maintaining a regular and predictable presence on the premises, including meeting any overtime requirements that are required
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED or international equivalent
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- The ability to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- The ability to secure travel documents, such as passports and visas, as required
Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
- Familiarity with airport security protocols and procedures
