Key Responsibilities
As a CXD Co-Op, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of best-in-class products, services, and experiences across various areas of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in market/competitor research and data analysis to inform design decisions
* Contributing to ideation, problem-solving, and marketing efforts to drive business growth
* Coordinating events, creating business cases, and supporting executive communications and presentations
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in project delivery
* Developing effective presentations to communicate ideas and recommendations to leaders
* Embracing diverse perspectives and approaches to drive innovation and progress
Areas of Support
You'll have the opportunity to support one of the following areas within our CXD organization:
* The Service Recovery Team, which focuses on improving the employee and customer experience by enabling our frontline to deliver premium experiences
* The Onboard Brand Experience Team, which leads the design, development, and execution of interior product developments for new aircraft deliveries and fleet projects
* The Uniform Brand Experience Team, which manages product design, development, and distribution, as well as marketing campaigns and communications for uniform-related initiatives
* The Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team, which leads onboarding new/existing Wi-Fi providers, next-generation product innovation design and development, and marketing communications
* The Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback Team, which creates Delta's future IFE strategy and product roadmap to deliver an innovative, best-in-class entertainment experience for customers
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* To be available for three alternating semesters
* To be enrolled in an accredited College or University during program duration
* Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications
* Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
* Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred
* Willingness/ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
* Consistently prioritizing safety and security of self, others, and personal data
* Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles
* Possessing a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Being at least 18 years of age and having authorization to work in the United States

Co-op Program Outline
Our Co-op program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while pursuing your education. You'll spend three alternating semesters working full-time at arenaflex and enrolled in courses at your university. This will provide you with:
