Job Summary

As an Experienced Work At Home Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to our customers across the country. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including sales and upselling opportunities
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers to drive sales growth
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Experience working in a contact center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
