Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to arenaflex members by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering guidance on arenaflex's products and services. Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, or live chats from members seeking product information, order assistance, or service details.
