About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level data analyst to join our team. As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing complex queries, reports, and packages to meet business needs
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and software development
• Designing and developing packages for internal clients
• Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2-4 years of experience in most of the following areas:
• Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
• Excel
• Visual Basic for Applications
• Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
• Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
• Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
• Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server

Preferred Qualifications

We're also looking for candidates with experience in:

• Reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
• Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience

Required Education

You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field of study.
