Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our work-from-home team. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry, with knowledge of clinical terminology and policies

  • Ability to work in a second or third shift schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing work patterns
  • Experience in a production environment, with a focus on meeting production standards and deadlines
