Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Entry Level Remote Chat Support Agent. In this role, you'll engage with customers through live chat, addressing their questions, guiding them to products or services, and providing information on promotions and discounts. Key Responsibilities

As a Entry Level Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their questions, and providing information on products or services
  • Delivering timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Guiding customers to relevant products or services, and providing information on promotions and discounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a computer or mobile device with the capability to use social media and website chat functions
  • The ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 10 hours weekly, primarily from Monday to Thursday during high-volume periods
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
