Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in customer service, data entry, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing voids and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records, including inventory management, customer information, and sales data
- Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including medications, health and wellness products, and other store offerings
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store environment
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment
- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with inventory management software and systems
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
- Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management procedures
