Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Utilize Walgreens' remedy information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medicine demands
- Investigate and resolve missing solution data, decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes), and settle all information passage related exemptions
- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle on outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
- Settle Outsider Oddballs by exploring, gathering data, making amendments and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement prerequisites
- Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different areas, and recognize and convey issues to senior level staff as fitting
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and adhere to company policies and procedures
Essential Capabilities
* Essential level PC skills, including: + Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online
- Essential web browser skills, including:
+ Opening a program + Composing in URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- Moderate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents)
Preferred Capabilities
* Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including satisfying quality guidelines for services, and assessment of consumer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
